Ticket Refund Policy

The Conference provides notice of these revised Conference terms and conditions (these “Terms”) adopted by the Conference on August 15th, 2020.

Notification of Rescheduled Event

Please be advised that the Conference has elected to reschedule the December 15-16 Conference, scheduled to take place in person in Toronto, June, 2021, as set out below. At this time it is anticipated that the June 2021 event will be held in person in Toronto, but the Conference reserves the right to provide that conference virtually as well, should public health or other considerations recommend it.

Complementary event offered

Due to the cancellation of its December 2020 conference, the Conference offers to all ticket holders a complementary virtual conference held in October 2020, in addition to its postponed event that is held in June 2021. This complementary event will include series of workshops and tactical trainings in which all conference assets and materials will be delivered virtually.

Please be advised that standalone tickets for the virtual October 2020 event have a market value of $495.

Ticket holders

Ticket holders may request a refund of their purchase (less an administrative fee of $100 plus any fees charged by Eventbrite) no later than September 15^th, 2020. After that date, all ticket holders will be deemed to have accepted the transfer of their ticket registration to the June 2021 event, regardless whether it is held in person or virtually, and will be automatically provided with a complimentary registration to the October 2020 conference. Should a ticket holder elect for a refund, there will be no registration in the virtual October 2020 event, nor will there be a credit offered towards any future events.

Administrative fees are non-refundable. 

Refunds may be requested by email to [email protected] and, and will be processed through the original method of payment. Holders are responsible for fees charged by their respective financial institution that may occur due to the refund.

June 2021 Conference

The Conference reserves the right to hold the June 2021 Partnership Conference virtually if public health or other considerations recommend it, at the sole discretion of the Conference.

The Conference will not provide any refunds should its “in person” June 2021 event be cancelled and replaced by a virtual conference.

The Conference reserves the right to replace the location venue based on governmental restrictions and anticipated attendance.
